Bring two to four people from your team. Over three live 90-minute sessions on Zoom, we practice the REAL Framework together: Reconnect, Elevate, Adapt and Lead.

$1,497 for the group, whether it is two, three or four people. Nonprofits receive 15% off with proof of status. One discount per purchase.

Why two to four? Because we practice, and practice needs room. Two is a team. Four is the most I can coach with real attention and real feedback. Five is a crowd, and a crowd gets a lecture. One flat price for the group, so nobody has to do math at the table.

How it works: tell me about your team below. I will reply within one business day to talk through dates, your goals and a short written agreement. Payment is due on signing. Nothing is booked or charged until we agree together.

Everyone brings: camera on and visible, working tech and the current Zoom app, and a workstation ready to go. Snacks are optional. Sharing is encouraged.
